BLES AOBA CM LP269, like other optical brightening agents (OBAs), is used in laundry to enhance the whiteness and brightness of fabrics. These agents absorb invisible UV light and re-emit it as visible blue light, counteracting the natural yellowing that occurs over time. This fluorescent effect makes clothes appear "whiter than white" and visually cleaner, improving their overall aesthetic appeal after washing.
